When you book, the checkout may be provided by a booking partner. That partner processes the booking, payment, confirmation email, cancellation flow, and any required customer details under its own privacy terms. We use the booking information we receive to run the event, answer questions, handle issues, and keep records required for business, tax, legal, or safety reasons.
Essential cookies stay on so the site can work, protect forms, and remember required choices such as consent. Optional improve-site cookies only run after you accept the Improve Site choice in the cookie banner. If accepted, our first-party statistics may record events such as page views, landing page, button clicks, booking clicks, form submissions, and completed booking signals so we can improve the site. These statistics events do not store customer email addresses or phone numbers. Optional marketing cookies are separate and only run after you accept marketing cookies, for example to measure advertising performance.
Krakow Animals Crawl events are social nightlife events where photos or videos may be taken by our team or affiliated photographers. We may use that media for lawful promotional and commercial purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, tell the photographer or organiser before or at the start of the event. To request removal of published media featuring you, email privacy@krakowanimalscrawl.com.
Our nightlife events are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for these events. Guests may need valid physical photo ID, and venues can refuse entry under their own door policies.
We keep data only for as long as needed for bookings, customer support, event operations, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety, analytics, and reasonable business records. Contact requests and removal requests may be kept so we can show how they were handled.
